Jeannie's Story: When I was thirteen years old, my friend took me to Sunday School, or Young People's Meeting, as they called it. Although I always knew that Jesus was real, admittedly what was most attractive about Sunday School was the journey through a more interesting part of town! The Sunday School teacher was always asking us to make a decision, ie. to confess our sins and accept Christ as our Saviour. This I found difficult as do many people - "Me, a sinner?? I never get the chance!" But the Bible tells us that sin is not just what we do, it's our very nature. So after a great deal of thought and study, I did accept Christ as Saviour, and claim him as my Lord and Saviour to this day (see Acts 4:12). Did you know there are 322 prophecies about The Messiah in the Old Testament, all of which Jesus Christ fulfilled - and the odds of these all coming true are (8,400,000 to the power of ten) to 1!!
