PRAYER AT RPC

'And pray in the Spirit on all occasions with all kinds of prayers and requests. With this in mind,
be alert and always keep on praying for all the saints.' Eph 6:18
Prayer is considered a priority at RPC. As well as incorporating it into our main worship service and establishing it as a  foundational element to our home groups we have number of ministries committed to it.

Prayer Meeting- Every Sunday 6.00 pm*
These meetings are very varied yet characterised by a tremendous sense of unity and blessing. We encourage different people to take part and a service will often include a particulalr focus, whether that is a ministry within the church, missionaries out on the field, testimony or some current event.
(* Except the first Sunday of the month)

Prayer Breakfast- Every first Saturday of the month @ 8.30.
This began as a one off event, which proved so popular and such a blessing that we made it a monthly fixture.  We pray for the first hour and then relax and enjoy breakfast together. Occasionally a full English makes an appearance too!  We have a great time!

Also a regular in the diary

Day of prayer and fasting- 1st Tuesday of the month
Culminating in a prayer meeting at church @ 7:45pm

Early Bird Prayer- 3rd Thursday of the month 7.am-8am

Prayer Team
Prayer Team
We have set up a team of people who have a heart for prayer and people. They are available to pray after our Sunday morning service. People may be wanting prayer in response to something the Lord revealed to them during the service or for some other personal need. This is done quietly and discretely and has proved to be a help and encouragement to many people.

Would you like prayer?
If you have a prayer need, we would love to be able to pray for you. Send your request via our email page.
