Fitness for fun- Friday 11 AM
This is a friendly group of people of varying ages and fitness levels who meet together for a low to medium impact exercise workout, mainly focusing on core strength. There is a relaxed and informal atmosphere throughout and for those who want to stay and chat there is tea and coffee served.
As well as providing an opportunity to work off a few calories and improve general fitness we aim to make this a space for people to relax, feel at home and make new friends. Come along and give it a try.
